We only accept payments via PayPal. It is not necessary to register with PayPal for this though - PayPal does accept all major debit and credit cards and, if you choose, Bank Transfer details will be sent to you in order for you to complete payment.

Prompt payment is much appreciated! If I do not receive any communication from you and payment has not been made within 3 days, I will have to cancel the sale.

I will try to ship your goodies the next day following payment, but please allow for up to 3 days. Personalised and made-to-order items may take up to 3 additional days.

I will ship to the address you provide for Etsy, but will always ask for your confirmation first if it doesn't match your Paypal address.

All goodies will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class post (within the UK) and via Airmail (to everywhere else). The quoted delivery times from Royal Mail are:

- UK: next day
- Western Europe: within 3 working days
- Eastern Europe: within 5 days
- Major cities worldwide: within 5 days
- Other destinations: within 7 days

I can also ship via other methods (e.g. recorded courier) if desired, or arrange for shipping insurance. Please contact me for details.

Please understand that I cannot be responsible for delivery delays. However, if you do have any problems, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve them.

Shipping fees include postage and safe packaging! Possible duties, customs charges and taxes levied are your responsibility though.

Like a pattern but not sure about the colour? Like a ring but would prefer it if it's a pendant? Just drop me a note and I can generally accommodate the change.

I aim for my descriptions to be as accurate as possible. Please, however, allow for differences in colours on individual monitors. Everything in the shop is crafted by me with care and attention to detail but there may be small variations due to the handmade nature.
